By creating an account or accessing interactive sections, you explicitly affirm under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age to view and interact with adult conversational simulations and AI-generated media.

2. Nature of Service & Synthetic Interactions

candy ai operates an entertainment and virtual companionship platform driven by artificial intelligence, neural language modeling, speech synthesis, and generative image rendering.

• All characters, companions, personalities, names, images, voices, and dialogue generated on candy ai are 100% fictional and synthetic.
• No real-world human being is present behind companion profiles. Characters do not have biological existence, genuine subjective consciousness, medical authority, or legal capability.
• The platform must not be relied upon for psychological therapy, emergency crisis counseling, medical diagnosis, or legal guidance.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Zero Tolerance Prohibitions

You agree to use candy ai exclusively for lawful, consensual, adult entertainment purposes. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Prompt, generate, depict, simulate, or facilitate any dialogue or imagery relating to the sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors (CSAM/CSAE). We operate strict automated filtering and an uncompromising zero-tolerance reporting policy to law enforcement authorities.
• Promote non-consensual violence, physical harm, self-harm, hate speech, terrorism, or illegal weapon manufacturing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, extract neural model weights, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Impersonate living private individuals without their notarized written consent.

4. Accounts, Subscriptions & Token Economy

Access to certain features, real-time voice calls, and image generations may require paid subscriptions or virtual token bundles.

• Discreet Invoicing: Invoices and bank descriptors appear under neutral corporate designations, protecting user discretion with zero explicit references to adult entertainment or candy ai.
• Recurring Billing: Recurring memberships renew automatically at the interval chosen during checkout unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle cutoff date through your account dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate computation, GPU rendering, and server token costs incurred when using the service, fees and token packages are generally non-refundable once activated, except where mandated by local consumer protection statutes.

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Ownership

The proprietary software, design motifs, custom algorithms, trade dress, trademarks, and user experience of candy ai are the exclusive property of candy ai and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CANDY AI, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through confidential, binding individual arbitration.
